Quality and control
All the production staff is an active part of our quality system, it monitors and records the results in appropriate documents, those are viewed and stored in a database.Most of our production is subject to quality specifications and precise dimensional tolerance of a few hundredths millimeters. Upon delivery, on customer's request, the goods are accompanied by a "Declaration of Conformity" in which values are recorded along with specific values. A representative of the Directorate continuously monitors on the application of procedures and instructions.
The recent acquisition of UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 Certification is the result of our idea of the "company" term, place of professional growth and responsible commitment intended to create a quality product through an equally valid organizational structure, respectful of the individualities and the environment.
Our Quality Control uses cutting-edge tools such as OGP Starlite 250 (pictured at left) and OGP SmartScope MVP 250, to perform measurements of absolute precision on the company's products.
