Moulds design and production
All processes,
from design to delivery, are managed by qualified, specialised staff:
the Technical Office handles customer relations in the moulds design and production
phases, helps to optimise the factors involved in injection moulding
technology, in the choice of materials, and in balancing costs with
the functional performance of finished products.Rosà Plast has its
moulds produced by external workshops with which the Technical Office
actively collaborates in a supervisory role.
Tooling Team
Rosà Plast S.r.l. performs routine moulds maintenance and also
produces the product samples required for customer approval reports.
It keeps and updates a database containing all
the information concerning each mould.
